We guarantee that your case will be analyzed impartially and resolved promptly, with complete transparency and respect for your consumer rights, in accordance with the provisions of Law 5/2019 and the regulations of the Bank of Spain.

How is your complaint resolved?
At Hub de Hipotecas, we are committed to resolving your complaint within a maximum of 30 calendar days from its submission.
If additional documentation is required to resolve the complaint, you will have 15 calendar days to provide it. If not received within this period, the case will be closed, but don’t worry! It can be reopened at any time if the required documentation is provided.
Our legal team will thoroughly analyze the complaint to make a clear, justified decision, ensuring a fair and motivated resolution. We will notify you of the resolution, which will be binding only for Hub de Hipotecas, using the same method you used to submit the complaint unless you prefer another.
